Our policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not offer refunds; however, eligible products may be returned for an exchange. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange.

A receipt, purchase order, or valid proof of purchase is required to complete any exchange. Without proof of purchase, an exchange cannot be processed.
Sale & Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale, discounted, or clearance items cannot be exchanged.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. If an item is returned damaged or used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, the exchange may be denied.
Shipping Restrictions for Research Peptides
MNM ProLabs strictly adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the sale and distribution of research-use-only peptides. We do not ship products to any location where the sale, possession, or import of research peptides is restricted or prohibited. Orders placed with delivery addresses in restricted jurisdictions will be canceled to maintain full legal compliance.
